NAVTEQ is one of the largest producers of GPS digital maps in the world. It produces maps for many different car manufacturers such as Audi and Toyota; as well as maps for standalone devices such as Garmin and Nokia. The client required an email campaign to boost sales and inform current customers of upgrades available for their current product.
The campaign was multi-lingual spanning across 6 different languages and many countries across Europe. All emails therefore needed to be translated, including the text-only version, and broadcast to the thousands of NAVTEQ customers. Campaign Monitor was used to broadcast the emails as its online system is simple to use with extensive reports available for the client to see.
