Think Property (now part of Zoopla) created an online viral campaign inviting users to hunt for virtual treasure on a map. There were a certain number of treasure points to find, each came with its own clue to find the next. Once all treasure was found, users were entered into a prize draw and had a chance of winning various prizes; from £1,000 to SMEG fridges. It was also possible to invite friends and family to take part in the treasure hunt via a ‘send to a friend’ page.
I built all the emails sent to customers including the winners / losers emails. A small simple gallery was created for the 12 weeks that the campaign was running. These were part of a full service campaign which involved media planning and online advertising.
